Chimichirri, sauce Vierge, salsa verde - whatever, oil, herbs, vinegar, garlic chilli, salt, sugar combo it is a match made in heaven for grilled steak sliced thinly 🥩
This was pumpkin seed oil, basil and, from my garden, minced garlic and shallots, white wine vinegar, lake salt, dried oregano and sugar. Margaret River rump steak and five kinds of veg.
And tired teenager was coaxed into a mellow mood and ate with us
